Payment & Delivery Information
Payment at checkout can be made via Paypal, either from your funds, or securely by credit/debit card using the Paypal service (No Paypal account necessary for card payments).
During this latest national lockdown we are limiting our dispatch days to Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays at 12.00 noon. Please be aware that there are still many problems within Royal Mail due to the pandemic and therefore deliveries may be delayed. This, as you will understand, is beyond our control.
All UK postage charges are calculated by weight/parcel size. Options are given at checkout for various Royal Mail delivery services.
All deliveries to the Channel Isles are calculated by weight/parcel size and posted using Royal First Class post.
All International parcel charges are calculated by weight & area zone and will be dispatched by your choice of either Royal Mail ‘Standard Airmail’ (at your own risk) or Royal Mail ‘International Tracked & Signed’ delivery (items lost by the courier will be replaced). Any local taxes payable at the international destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.
We will replace any parcel lost by the postal services when the signed for option has been taken.
