We are happy to accept items for refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.  If the item is faulty or if we have inadvertantly sent you the wrong product, we will of course refund your return postage (2nd class standard Royal Mail rate).  If you have had a change of heart regarding the colour or pattern of a product for example, we are of course happy to refund or exchange, but please understand that a postage refund will not be implemented in these circumstances.

All returned items must be in the same condition as when they arrived and they must be within their original packaging.

To arrange a return or an exchange, please complete our ‘returns form’ and we will be in touch to resolve the issue as soon as we can!
